Terms and Conditions

By submitting an enquiry or completing a booking with Make Up by Kirsty, you agree to the following terms. 

Please read them before reserving your date.

Bookings and deposits

Your date is not confirmed until a 50% non-refundable deposit has been received. Enquiries are not held without payment. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your appointment or on the day of your appointment by specific, prior arrangement to the service commencing

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Kirsty as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice: deposit is forfeited, remaining balance is not charged.
  • Cancellations made within 48: the full booking amount may be charged.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are accommodated where possible, subject to availability. The deposit is transferred to the new date if reasonable notice is given.

Bridal bookings

Bridal booking are a seperate individualised contract taliored to each Bride, their needs & their day

On-location appointments

On-location event appointments are available within 10km of the Varsity Lakes Studio, Gold Coast. A travel fee of $0.88per KM applies for locations beyond this radius.

Studio appointments

The studio is located in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast. Address details are provided upon booking confirmation.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time. The appointment end time remains fixed.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the service. Make Up by Kirsty accepts no liability for reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.

Photography and portfolio use

Make Up by Kirsty may photograph completed work for portfolio and social media use. If you prefer your images not to be shared, please advise prior to your appointment.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Pricing is subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to your appointment.
